Personal Training
For gym personal training, I currently train at Fitness Plus in Cape Girardeau, MO. All training packages and prices are set by Fitness Plus. There are options for member vs non-member pricing. Visit the desk to fill out a request for training & list me as the preferred trainer.
Starting in November 2024, some in-person training will also be available at Amity Yoga in Jackson! This is limited to certain clients as equipment is very limited. (lighter dumbbells, bands) - private yoga is always an option too!

Finally, Zoom (or Facetime) training is also available! 30 or 45 min options - take me with you to your gym or at your home - I’ll walk you through your workout!
