There are several other add-ons available once you become a subscriber: a 4-video yoga series (only $9.99), and a monthly subscription group “Healthy Habits” ($25/month) that’s a great mid-point between basic app access and 1-on-1 coaching.

This program is perfect for families to work together to learn and implement those healthy habits. There are separate digital guides for parents and kids, so everyone has age-appropriate educational materials. (Best for pre-k to elementary aged kids) You choose the length of your time commitment: 4-6 weeks, and then get to work tracking your habits. “When I came to this program, I had tried every single diet on the planet. I was at wits end. I did not know how to eat.
